Golf ClubPosition Summary:Responsible for upkeep, maintenance,
marshaling and guest service surrounding the experience on the
course.Position ResponsibilitiesEnsure the upkeep and maintenance
of the proactive range and short game area.Marshals the golf course
to ensure pace of play standards are being met.Treats all members,
guests, and staff with exceptional guest servicesMaintains a
professional appearance and demeanor at all timesAdhere to all
company policies, procedures and business ethic codesOther duties
as assigned such as golf cart
maintenance/cleaning.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and
AbilityHigh School degree or equivalentBasic knowledge of golf
course proceduresAge 21, valid Driver's License with a clean Motor
Vehicle Record.Present a positive, professional image.Must be
self-motivated and customer service oriented.Strong interpersonal
and communication skills.Reliable and predictable
attendance.Ability to develop and maintain awareness of
occupational hazards and safety precautions;Follow safety practices
and recognizing hazards.Preferred SkillsBilingualPhysical Demands
and Work EnvironmentAbility to lift, move, push and pull equipment
or boxes in excess of 40lbs.Ability to physically lift and carry
golf balls and range ball casesAbility to operate golf cartsShould
be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of
time.Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf,
fields, etc.Ability to work flexible hours to include nights,
weekends and holidays is requiredBackground RequirementsRequires a
