We stand behind our standards and service and also our commitment to the greater good.JOB COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Create start packages for residential pool construction.Assist supervisor with pricing and estimating.Coordinate revised pricing with contractors.Assist Pool Construction Manager with pricing and coding on start packages.Maintain primary suppliers and pricing lists.Create variance purchase orders to assist Pool Construction Manager with material or labor needs.Create and review all issued purchase orders; research and resolve field purchasing issues; resolve variance purchase order issues.Work with supervisor to process pool permits with County and other regulatory agencies as required.Assist with creating pool closing packages for clients.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
