ResponsibilitiesResponsible for reviewing the HSS electronic requisitions for processing and sending to the CPO for generating the purchase order.Accurate and timely follow-up with the CPO on any backorder situations or price changes. (Within that day or next day) Demonstrates positive, appropriate, and timely communication to the departments and CPO daily. Responsible for sorting and delivery of mail for finance, accounting, payroll etc. Daily scanning of packing slips. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
