• Monday-Friday
• Temporary to permanent
• Full time hours
• Opportunity for growthWhat will you be doing?
  • Coordinates Customer requests for service and installation with technicians, contractors, and electricians to fill installation jobs. Obtains Purchase Orders for sub-contractors.
  • Manage project schedules using a CRM ( Customer Relationship Management tool)
  • Confirm the technicians has all required installation guides and understands the full scope of the project prior to hiring the technician.
  • Help the service team and project managers as needed to ensure forms, pictures, and other documentation for all jobs are updated on appropriate platforms
  • Send installation summary and deliverable to customer daily on all jobs
  • Escalates issues to Project Manager or Director Project Management & Service as necessary for successful resolutionExperience that you bring.
    • CRM experience, 2-3 working with a customer centered scheduling software helpful
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • 3 years Customer Service experience
    • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions, good communication skills
    • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment individually and as a team
    • Advanced problem-solving skills
