In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Patient Scheduling and Registration Specialist.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role you will:

• 
  
• Schedule and register patients in multiple EHRs, across 10+ specialties, and in over 40 clinics
  
• Be an expert at insurance identification and verification
  
• Complete patient screening for eligibility programs and authorization
  
• Connect patients to our nursing team for triage when needed
  
• Be the friendly, helpful voice to our patients
  
  What you need to bring to this role:
  
  • 
    
  • High School diploma or GED required
    
  • 2+ years' experience scheduling in a multi-specialty practice required (5+ preferred)
    
  • 2+ years' experience using an EHR required (multiple preferred)
    
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
    
  • Athena, Dentrix, or NextGen EHR experience a plus
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
    
  • Tech savviness and an organized mind-set
    
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
    
  • Must be flexible, resourceful and able to troubleshoot
    
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
