Shift: A Shift M-Th 5am-3:30pm
Starting Pay: $
- Provide operational support services and sometimes act as
first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves
using existing systems and protocols.
- Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to
optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating
solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- Contribute data and information to production plans. Run
reports, check accuracy, and distribute information.
- Lead a team performing routine work; conduct employee training
in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign
employee training to experienced workers.
- Follow the organization's EHS policies, procedures and
mandatory instructions; to identify and mitigate environmental
risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the
workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify
instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate
action, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
- Ensure work is completed to the required standards of
productivity, quality and timeliness; support the quality function
by working within strict quality standards.
- Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced
colleagues within the team to develop their skills.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's
policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes
of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain
authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from
mandatory procedure.

EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, conflict
resolution, time management, and communication skills
required.
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward
procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6
months) met by a team member to successfully perform the essential
functions of this job.

Temperatures will vary. Dusty and noisy environment when operating
machines and tools. Steel-toe safety shoes, ear and eye protection
required always in all plants. Additional personal protective
equipment may be required.
