your light shine!--- - -Opportunity -The Admin Coordinator will
provide support to the Impact Class Sales Department in
coordinating everything from travel for speakers to effective
communication. The Sales and Travel Coordinator will have various
tasks and duties assigned from the team to ensure that the planning
process and execution of classes run smoothly.Essential Duties
- Keeping track of travel expenses for Impact Classes - -
- Helping update the Event Planners with details for the team
(per class) -
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Researching the upcoming markets for hotel/venues.
- Outreach to hotel/venues for dates, ballroom specs, contracts,
etc.
- Helping set up Asana due dates for the upcoming markets.
- Helping update Event Planners with venue and team member
information.
- Other assigned tasks.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. -
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful
environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical
procedures, and record keeping systems.
- Able to speak up and clearly communicate with C-level officers.

- Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar
software with the ability to learn new or updated
software.Qualifications and Experience Preferred
- High school diploma required.
- At least one to three years of related experience
required.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional written internal and external communications.
- Highly organized.
- Able to work on multiple projects at once.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
