ID&C, located in Bradenton, Florida is looking for an entry level Sales Associate immediately. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are experiencing a strong period of growth for the business. ID&C is a leading provider of access control products and services to the global entertainment industry with some of the largest and best-known music festivals, resorts, conferences, and live event clients globally such as Bonnaroo, EDC, Marriott, Wyndham, Ritz Carlton, The Grammys, The Super Bowl and many more! This next chapter for ID&C presents an amazing opportunity for individuals with the right attitude and drive it takes to be part of a start-up team.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion to grow their career and enjoy live event space and desire to work in a the industry. Inside sales experience via phone and email communication is a definite plus.Responsibilities

  • Help grow a book of business: Responsible for contacting repeat clients. (Territory USA)
  • Process Quotes: Process email, website, and telephone inquiries. Follow up responses if unanswered, provide samples and sample packs. Provide clear and accurate pricing and product information, send & chase customers for artwork mockups.
  • Process Sales Orders: Take telephone sales, manage repeat business lists, and develop accounts. Raise orders on CRM system, take & record credit card payments, send order confirmation support credit control process, reply to personal email inquiries, instruct logistics to raise purchase orders. Provide clear and accurate pricing and product information.
  • Manage Production Timelines with Customers:Confirm lead times where necessary and inform customers throughout the production process to ensure orders are on time.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all sales orders are checked against Sage, check pending orders, chase payment, and check stock.
  • Manage Customer Complaints: Orders delayed, quality problems, check courier website to get an update on delivery and use logistics only where necessary.
    • Inside Sales Experience; via phone & email communication; cold-calling is required.
    • Must be in local area and able to commute to office daily.
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
