Representative, you will benefit from some inbound leads and
self-generate new opportunities. You will run online demos of the
KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training Platform and successfully
sell our value proposition. Prospective clients will consist of
small and mid-sized businesses initially. After demonstrating
success in this market, promotion to Mid-Market or Enterprise sales
could be available.Responsibilities:Promote and sell KnowBe4's
range of products and servicesIdentify and close net new customers
in the assigned territoryBuild and maintain pipeline of potential
customers by developing and managing relationships with
prospectsForecast new business prospects that result in successful
client relationships and salesIdentify key decision makers while
developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the
targeted markets through cold calling, networking and high-level
prospectingArticulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's products
and help the customer understand how it will improve their
business's security awareness training (and security
overall)Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targetsBe well
versed in KnowBe4's product offerings and promote the products and
services at trade shows as requestedFollow up on marketing leads to
generate new sales opportunities and pipelineAct strategically in
offering or negotiating discounted pricing, in line with
established policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and thorough
records for customer calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other
relevant information in compliance with the Administration
PolicyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree a plusProven track
record in sales1-3 years selling software to Small Medium
Enterprise a plusFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices and
procedures within the IT Security FieldExperience with Salesforce
and GmailNetwork or Security Plus preferredExcellent verbal and
written communicationsStats driven business professionalMotivated,
energetic self-starterStrong collaborative and teamwork skillsMust
