Job Description:

industry, we are seeking a talented HVAC Service Sales Development
Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be
pivotal in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our
reach within the HVAC wholesale market. Your focus will be on
fostering long-term relationships with clients to realize their
needs for smart building technologies and crafting tailored
solutions that enhance building performance. Develop and execute
strategies to penetrate and grow the HVAC services market.
Establish and nurture productive relationships with both new and
existing customers. Collaborate with technical service teams to
understand and propose solutions that meet client requirements.
Manage and oversee the sales process from initial contact to the
signing of the contract, ensuring a high level of client
satisfaction. Maintain detailed knowledge of current market
conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Meet and
exceed established sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to promote Johnson
Controls’ products and services. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
and market. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Ability to cultivate long-term client
relationships. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certifications in sales management or customer relationship
management preferred. Specific technical training or certifications
related to HVAC systems are highly advantageous.
