goals—it transforms lives every day. What You'll Do: Develop and
deliver engaging trainings on ACEs, Trauma-Informed Care, Child
Development, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health First Aid
Facilitate annual ACEs training and support Trauma-Informed growth
across Evara Health and community partners. Build relationships
with community agencies to expand training opportunities and
promote Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to promote training
programs in the community. Track and report training data,
including participation, evaluations, and measurable learner
outcomes. Present to diverse audiences using creative, engaging

Education & Experience: Certified Professional in Learning and
Performance (CPLP) or Certified in Professional in Talent
Development (CPTD) Behavioral Health, Human Services, Education or
Social Work experience preferred. Public Speaking experience
preferred. Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Culture and
